Aren't these owls just the cutest pair and as well as being perfect for valentines I thought they would be great to use for an Anniversary card for my mother and father-in-law. It's not until April but now i'm well prepared! The clouds are part of the designer paper so thought it would be great to stamp the sentiment in the centre.
I didn't want my little owl lovers to be floating around in the air so I stamped them twice. Coloured one in full and then cut it out cutting off their tail feathers. I then stamped the image again and just coloured in their claws and tail feathers. I then cut just this part out from the second image. I stuck the fibre into place behind the main image then matched it up with the claws and tail behind on the second. Ta da.. you have them sitting on a little branch.. I think it turned out kinda neat don't you? This cute couple along with lots of other yummy High Hope stamps can be found in the
store.
Hugs,
