snow fabulous

Hope you've all been taking advantage of these fabulous advent offers. Can't wait to see what tomorrow's is.

In the meantime, here's a card I've made using a Pink Cat studio stamp 'winter lily'. Think this would work as a general card and not necessarily just for christmas, depending on the colours and papers you use. She has been coloured with Copic markers.

Thanks for looking.

Holly

Here's another Kraftin Kimmie stamp, coloured with Copics (which are now available in the shop - yay!)
This is Holly and she comes with the holly leaves too which I have stamped in a circle around her (I lightly drew cirle around her in pencil to help me position where to stamp the holly then I just cut freehand all the way around leaving thin white border). I love the sweep in her dress & hair (not to mention her itty bitty waist - I can but dream!)

Stash:
  • Stamps: 'Holly' - Kraftin Kimmie here
  • Colouring: Copics with Sakura stardust pen waterbrushed over dress for sparkle.
  • Paper: DCWV christmas multistack
  • Tools: MS loopy around the page punch, EK flourish punch
  • Others: White bellas baubles

  • Thanks for looking, have a good day.

    Loving Christmas Wishes...

    Hi Ladies,

Oh wow I can't believe is already Friday . Today I want to show you a card made with this cute stamp called "Amanda" from High Hopes. I got this stamp for long and barely used it, but when I received this paper from " My Mind's Eye" I knew I had to give it a try. All the highlighted items can be purchased at the store.

    I
stamped the image on Watercolor paper and I colored it with distress re-inkers from Tim Holtz and an Aquash Watercolor Pen to blend the colors. I added a lot of stickles, some Prima flowers, brads , drew drops and some adhesive stones .
The sentiment stamp is from Magnolia's Winter collection.

    Hugs,

    LIM :)

    Ho Ho Ho!

I love High Hopes stamps as I think they are so cute yet not too cute that they can't be for guys and they always make me smile. This santa pulling rudolph is perfect example!

    Materials:

    • Images: 'Reindeer games' High Hopes stamp, stamped onto kraft coloured cardstock.
    • Colouring: prismacolor Pencils & blended with Sansador and paper stumps. Added snow with Decoart glistening snow writer which I sprinkled glamour dust on whilst still wet for extra sparkle. Stickles used on santa's white fur trim
    • Papers: Basic grey 'toyland' from figgy pudding range
    • Others: brown and kraft coloured cardstock, garden twine and Martha Stewart train punch from my stash. Edges have been distressed and faux stitching added with silver gelpen.

Yet another gorgeous batch of High Hopes

We have been very busy for the last week trying to get all our High Hopes stamps in order. We are slightly addicted to them and I just can't seem to stop ordering more and more but as they sell so quickly as soon as they hit the store and we have just ended up with many, many random boxes of the different collections and different batches from orders. It has taken us the full week to get them all sorted into our lovely organised wall unit and shuffled into code order so we started to feel like we would never want to see another High Hopes stamp again......

    ......but ............

...... then we opened our box of the latest stamps and have fallen in love all over again!

We have even more festive stamps, along with some gorgeous romantic ones for those of you organised enough to be thinking ahead to Valentine's day already.
I am particularly excited by the background stamps and the tree, branch and swing!

Go and check them in our new products section here

Hope you like them as much as we do!

I used the fab template on Bubblyfunk by Tracie Hudson (check out Tracie's blog here) - if you haven't already seen the tutorial, then check it out here. Huge thanks to caroline for letting me show my advent calendar off!

    Products used :

I still need to do a little bit of doodling but can't locate my white pen at the mo!

    No Peeking, Poking or Shaking!

I have made a gift box using my Scor-Pal. Wow, these are just so easy to make and I will certainly be making more of these. You can find the instructions here.

I have used High Hopes Three Pane Santa and Sentiment Peeking, Poking, Shaking. For my gift tag I stamped my image and sentiment on Concord Record card. I have been using this card now for months and it is just perfect for using with my Prisma's as it is so smooth it blends effortlessly. It is also perfect for use with ProMarkers and Copics Markers. At such a great price you can even cope with a few stamping boo boo's! My Santa Panes were coloured with Prismacolor Pencils and I used Sansodor and paper stumps to blend. I then finished of with lots of stickles for added sparkle!

    Have a great Sunday!
    Hugs,
