I didn't want my little owl lovers to be floating around in the air so I stamped them twice. Coloured one in full and then cut it out cutting off their tail feathers. I then stamped the image again and just coloured in their claws and tail feathers. I then cut just this part out from the second image. I stuck the fibre into place behind the main image then matched it up with the claws and tail behind on the second. Ta da.. you have them sitting on a little branch.. I think it turned out kinda neat don't you?

Oh wow I can't believe is already Friday . Today I want to show you a card made with this cute stamp called "Amanda" from High Hopes. I got this stamp for long and barely used it, but when I received this paper from " My Mind's Eye" I knew I had to give it a try. All the highlighted items can be purchased at the store.
I stamped the image on Watercolor paper and I colored it with distress re-inkers from Tim Holtz and an Aquash Watercolor Pen to blend the colors. I added a lot of stickles, some Prima flowers, brads , drew drops and some adhesive stones .
The sentiment stamp is from Magnolia's Winter collection.
