Hippo Birthday!

Made a really simple ATC with this cute Lelo stamp so perfect for a card topper for those tricky 'bloke' cards although I couldn't resist some glitter :D Stash (highlighted links will take you to product in the store):

• Image: 'Hippo Birthday' stamp from Lelo clear stamp range
• Colouring: Copics or Promarkers with glossy accent (store did have it but out of stock at the moment) and glamour dust over the bow for super sparkle
• Paper: Cherry Arte 12x12 Burnish range, star tops sheet
• Others: brads and ribbon, various punches for embellies(circle, star, mini tag punch - which I've stuck on the present after writing 'hippo birthday', SU word window punch)

Yeee Haw!

Am loving the stamps from 'the greeting farm'. Here's a 'boy' card using 'Sheriff Ian', Blue Bazzil cardstock, Cherry Arte Seasons 'warmth' paper plus various bits (strip of hessian type fabric I found whilst clearing out!, jumbo brad & 2 metal stars, Martha stewart border punch. The wheel and the 'yee haw' are sizzix dies)

Sarah Kay 'picnic time'

I am loving the new Sarah Kay release (but then I love them all!). Have you pre-ordered yours yet or added them to your christmas wish list?! I'm glad I have as I see 1 of them is sold out already!!

Anyway, there is one that I was lucky enough to have already so couldn't resist inking her up and making a quick card with 'picnic time'

Materials:

• Paper: Cherry Art, Morocco range 'Poppy seed'
• Others: Labels 2 nesties, ribbon, lace, flowers, gems, rub on stitching etc from stash

Our DT announcement and blog candy

We have had a brilliant couple of weeks looking through all our amazing DT Call entries and really stuggled to judge from such an amazing batch of ladies.

In the end we just couldn't decide and we decided to add another 2 members to our team so please say a huge congratulations to ....... Lim and Fran.

We were totally in awe of Lim's amazing Hanglar and Magnolia cake - totally fat free but utterly delicious.

Fran made us chuckle our socks off with her very interesting Tilda and Edwin card. We saw Tilda in a way we have never seen her before! If you want more details you'l have to go and nag Fran. (We have got the pink ribbon Magnolia stamps ordered and I know I'll be having flashbacks to Fran's card when they arrive!)


We thought we would have to celebrate with a bit of blog candy as we have so much to celebrate at the moment

• It is Marlene's birthday on Friday 10th, Nikki's on Saturday 11th and mine on Monday 13th!
