The Greeting Farm ~ Ebony

Here's Ebony all rock chick with pink hair :)  You can go grab her here along with the other stamps from TGF.  I've coloured her with Copics and for added sparkle to her hair you could use the clear atyou spica pen.  The dots around the scallop frame were made with stickles.

Xmas Sweeties

Here's another Christmas card from me using the super cute Anya from the 'Xmas Sweeties' set which is back in stock now.

Stash:

Stamps: Anya from 'Xmas sweeties' set, snowflakes used on background paper and sentiment circle from a Papermania stamp duo set.

Colouring: Copics

Paper: tiny bit MME - just the stripe piece used for the big snowflake and the punched out border behind her, red & brown cardstock plus some white glitter paper

Tools: MS doily lace trim deep edger punch, large snowflake and medium snowflake punches, couple of circle punches and a good old office hole punch for the fake brads

Others: woodware 'white fluffy stuff', glamour dust, white gel pen for faux stitching

Greeting Farm 'Savannah'

Here's another cutie from 'The Greeting Farm' they are always such fun to colour in and for decoupaging (just did the feather in her hair but could have done more layers). This is 'Savannah' from the 'wild sprouts' range.


Again, intended to be simple but then I start playing around with the layout and bits just seem to get added on until nothing else will fit LOL. Left greeting off so it can be used whenever (though probably for someone girly)

Stash:

Stamps: 'Savannah' . flourish corners from an autumn leaves stamp set

Colouring: Copics, Sakura clar stardust pen over feather, eyelids and bits of her clothes for sparkle

Paper: MME 'wild asparagus'

Tools: Labels nesties (four & eight), various punches for borders, leaves and flourishes. tracing wheel for the faux stitching holes

Greeting Farm . .'just sittin here'

. . . but not much longer if you love these cuties as much as I do. Lots of Greeting Farm stamps are now in stock, including the just released October ones. I've used HG laundry but I can't find her on the site (may have sold out or just not added to site yet?).

Be warned, I've used some of the summery 'Pique Nique' papers so you may need your sunglasses LOL!


Materials used:

Stamps: 'HG Laundry' Greeting Farm. Sentiment is a Magnolia stamp

Colouring: Copics or Promarker equivalent

Paper: 'Pique- Nique' Rose Moka range as is the alphabet stickers used for the 'hi'. green textured cardstock for matting from the 'Dovecraft' pack.

Tools: Petite scallop circle nesties, mini flower punch

Others: 4mm flat backed pearls for the centre of the mini flowers in 'dusky pink'

Susie Surprise

Here's another Greeting Farm set, 'Susie Surprise'.

All the Greeting farm images are so quick and fun to colour in with Promarkers and I've made the balloons super sparkly by adding coat of Glossy Accents then sprinkling glitter over it.

They are nice to cut out and decoupage too as I have done here - stamped and cut out 4 Susies and layered with silicone glue.

Flutter Anya

Here's another new cutie from The Greeting Farm, 'Flutter Anya', has she fluttered on into your basket yet along with all the other new goodies being added to the site?!



I found a fab piece of dp for the backgound and have made Anya very 3dimensional and glittery (hard to see in photo) so kept the rest fairly simple.

Stash (all highlighted items will take you to the products in the shop):

• Images: 'Flutter Anya' Greeting Farm stamp. Sentiment from a Hero Arts set
• Colouring: Anya stamped twice. First on card with Memento ink and coloured with Copics and cut out. Then I stamped her onto acetate with black Stazon ink and added glitter on the reverse (this way you don't have to worry about going over the lines and then the glitter won't get everywhere once you turn it around) to her wings and skirt which I then cut out and added on top of the card version of her, so it's very 3D IRL. She has then been stuck onto card with 3d foam but it looks flat in photo!
• DP: Basic Grey 'Urban Prairie'
• Others: Just added scallop border with a MS punch, some distressing and faux stitching around the edges and couple of flourishes from an EK success punch plus 1 metal charm

Whoohoo, little bird tells me there will be more Greeting Farm stamps in stock soon. One of them will be this 'never ever' set.

Stash:

• Images: the girl and the little fairy in the corner, plus the sentiments are from the 'Never Ever' Greeting Farm stamp set (the other main stamp in the set is a peter pan type character and he is fab). Stamped main image twice and have decoupaged her.
• Colouring: Stamped with Memento Tux black ink and coloured with Copics plus some sakura clear glaze and stardust pens on her glasses, book, wings etc
• Papers: Buzzcraft A4 design papers
• Others: EK success edger punch, swirl punch and retro flower punchs for the flowers, MS twig punch, Kanban pearls (think out of stock at moment) for centre of flowers, thread and bells I found in my stash (wish you could hear the card as it jingles!)

I'm sure Bryony will post on here when they are in stock, so keep your eyes peeled as I know these cuties always sell out fast.

Made for you

Another card using Greeting Farm stamps - I just love them and can't wait for some more to be in stock! Here's one of the current in stock sets, 'Chef Ian' and some of the pretty new papers from Buzzcraft.

Supplies (highlighted products are from the shop):

• Images: All images including the sentiment are from 'Chef Ian' Greeting farm stamp set. The set has loads of little stamps which come seperate from the main Ian stamp so the possibilities are endless. His little chef hat is seperate too. I've stamped the cupcake lots of times and made my own cupcake tower and added a flower to one.
• Colouring: Copics but also paperpierced his hat and top with the dp and used lots of different stickles on the cakes.
• DP: A4 sized papers by Buzzcraft which I've not heard of before but there are some really sweet designs perfect for spring and have matching cardstock with embossed dots already on it (might be able to see if you click on photo for close up)
• Others: MS and Fiskars border punches, SU word window punch. I used the doily lace edging as it reminded me of cake paper doilies which goes with the cupcakes - funny how my brain works huh?!

Close up to show dimesion to the card as I've raised his hat and tray of cakes with 3d foam (I love using microdots when sticking fiddly little bits, like the stack of cakes together and the paper piercing) :

and an even closer one to show you the cupcakes. The 'chocolate sprinkles' are actually the punch waste from the doily punching I did :D (the pink cake has the distress stickles on it. It's still wet in photo but once dry it doesn't have the glittery sparkle like the regular stickles which I love as it just looks like a crunchy topping. I've used 'antique linen' on the brown cupcake to the side of the card and I think that looks like crunchy sugar coating!)

Nurse Anya

Love this Anya stamp for get well cards and the fab 'prescription note' stamp goes perfectly with her too.

Recipe:

• Images: Nurse Anya, Greeting farm stamp. Presription note (including the little circular sentiment and the pill one in top right of card) is Maya road clear stamp.
• Colouring: Copic markers (or promarkers will give same vibrancy)
• DP: DCWV spring stack '08 plus some cardstock to match. blue piece has been embossed with cuttlebug script folder then sanded.
• Others: Scallop rectangle nesties, Fiskars 'apron lace' border punch, stethescope & medicine bottle are decorative buttons from stash which I have coloured with copics to match.

Think there may be some more Greeting farm stamps due in soon so you may want to keep an eye out, I know I will!

You remember my farm animal card I made a couple of weeks ago? Well this cute stamp and the sentiment was also in the fabulous McSplendid Farm set by The Greeting Farm. There is a great range of stamps in the store including the very cute Anya and Ian. The bright paper is by Cherry Arte and is called Bold Spots. While colouring this image I couldn't help but think of Tom and Jerry hence the colours I have chosen to colour them ;-) For more details and links for the products used please see below.

Yeee Haw!

Am loving the stamps from 'the greeting farm'. Here's a 'boy' card using 'Sheriff Ian', Blue Bazzil cardstock, Cherry Arte Seasons 'warmth' paper plus various bits (strip of hessian type fabric I found whilst clearing out!, jumbo brad & 2 metal stars, Martha stewart border punch. The wheel and the 'yee haw' are sizzix dies)

Ee-eye, ee-eye oh!

These cute characters are by The Greeting Farm "McSplendid Farm" set which is available to buy in the store. This set is packed with stamps and sentiments and there are still two characters I haven't used. I added the text using Studio G Alphabet stamps. The fun paper is Basic Grey Lollipop Shoppe and I just love the vibrant colours - so me!. I found the curly wurly buttons in my stash and they reminded me of the piggies tail. Anya - So Pretty!

I am loving the new stamp range from The Greeting Farm. This is Anya from 'pretty hat Anya' set and you can dress up her hat with the flower or bow and there's also a cute cat and bunny face which I think you could put over the doggy and then you'd have a different pet (just mask out the lead!)
