For this sea scene I have used Delores Dolphin and Simon Turtle which are just two of the cute characters from the new High Hopes releases. The Karen foster "Bubbles" paper was again just perfect for this project and I have used Doodlebug Gingham Ribbon (Blue Jean/Swimming Pool) to create my waves. Hope you like it!
