Isn't this stamp just adorable? The cute character is "Baby Dragon" and is from the new High Hopes release. I have also used one of the footprints from the pair of "Dragon Prints". Image coloured with Prismacolor Pencils with Sansodor and papers stumps to blend. I also used Twinkling H2o's to give the colour more vibrancy.Hugs,
